Each Tamiro jewelry is subjected tostrict control and mandatory testing at the State Inspection of Assay Supervision in the city of Tbilisi. The stamp of this inspection serves as a confirmation of the declared content of precious metal in each product.

Tamiro is proud to have a certificate of compliance with the international standard ISO 9001-2001. In the laboratory of the enterprise, which has
the necessary accreditation, an assessment of diamonds is carried out, recorded by the relevant documents (passports) confirming their
characteristics, which are subsequently presented on the domestic market through the holding’s trading network.

We take responsibility for the quality of our products. In case of defects, we guarantee the replacement of the product with a new one within 7 days. If the product breaks down, you can contact our service center, and we will repair it for free within 1 month. After a year from the date of purchase of the product, repairs are carried out for a fee, depending on the degree of damage.

It is important to note that the warranty does not apply to defects caused by violation of the recommendations for care, as well as damage caused by mechanical, physical or chemical effects on the product.   4. Take off before going to bed and exercising: Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping or exercising. This will help to avoid deformations and damage, as well as prevent the loss of stones from the frame.
  5. Regular cleaning: Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft brush and a gentle detergent. Pay attention to hard-to-reach places and latches where dirt can accumulate.
  6. Avoid extreme temperatures:  Store jewelry in a cool and dry place, avoiding extreme temperatures and exposure to moisture. This is especially important for jewelry with precious stones, which can be subjected to heat stress.
  7. Regular inspections: Periodically check the fastening of stones and the condition of locks, especially for products that are subject to daily wear. Regular checks will help identify problems at an early stage and prevent the loss of precious stones.
